Hi Maritini,

For stays of 1–3 days, clean and change bed linens after each guest checks out. For stays of 4–7 days, consider offering a mid-stay cleaning and linen change around day 3 or 4, especially if guests are staying for a full week. For stays longer than 7 days, provide a scheduled cleaning and linen change every 7 days. Always communicate these options with guests to ensure clarity and satisfaction.

@Maritini1 Sheets, pillow cases used and towels I clean after every booking. I do ask my guests to remove any pillow cases they’ve used on checkout day. This helps as I have two pillows on my single beds and lots on the queen bed. Bath mats I do every second booking if they are not dirty. I clean the showers every booking. I vacuum the floor every booking but only mop every second or third booking depending. Of course the kitchen benches top and front need to be clean. Anything after that is by observation. Eg dust on surfaces, glass windows and doors.
