My House was built in 1920 in the old Spanish style with adobe style walls and arches. Recently renovated to create a modern look yet still hold onto the old Spanish charm. WIth the renovation we blended the old arches along with a brand new kitchen featuring all new white cabinetry with quartz counter top and newer appliances. Arched windows have new dual pane windows. Two bathrooms were recently renovated into modern designs to include new vanity, toilets and shower enclosures.  Large back yard offers a tranquil feel with the hanging lights, water fountain and fire pit, all while taking in the Santa Ynez mountain range from your outdoor seating arrangements. ALl this charm within one mile from the beach. Close poximity to the famous Santa Barbara Harbor as well as Hendry's Beach.
