Adding amenities for longer term guests only - suggestions?
Hello there!
I've got a washer and dryer in a separate utility room (lockable) that is adjacent to my rental. I have only been giving access to people staying for more than a week. Does anyone know of a good way to easily advertise this within my listing, so I can attract more long-term guests?
You can mention in the listing the washing machine is only available for guests staying longer then one week. I have similar situation, it is useally no problem.
