Advance Notice

We've had our listings set with the "1 day advance notice" selected. In the past few weeks, we've had guests booking the day before and it is going through. And this is well before 11:00 PM/12:00 AM. For example, someone booked yesterday at 6:00 PM for a reservation starting today. We also have instant booked checked. I was under the assumption that 1 day meant that they couldn't book the day before. Do I need to set it to 2 days or just turn off instant book? It's frustrating.

@Laura1354 1 day advance notice only means guests cannot book on the day they arrive. As such an 23.59 booking on Monday will allow guests to check in on Tuesday.

I'm glad you raised this because I had Airbnb turn instant book on and it caused me problems. I had to go in and turn it off.
