After a failed check in of a guest because dissapointment what to do next ?

Dear hosts,

 

One of my guest prospect to my room in jakarta city Indonesia cancelled his booking after he was arrived and check the Facts of my room in jakarta city Indonesia which is not without Air Condition  but only fans.

 

Then he noticed and comment about that Facts on the Airbnb that might be caused i havent got any booking any more up to now.

 

What would you suggest to my case please share your thoughts and thank you very much in advance

Providing detailed descriptions of what you cannot offer helps maintain transparency with potential guests. For example, if your property does not have air conditioning and only provides electric fans, make sure to clearly state this in your listing description and house rules.

Totally agree with Patricia on updating your listing description. Make sure you have the updated pictures posted, update the facilities/amenities, and include the text description on your listing to help your prospect guests choose and sets the right expectation upon checking-in.
