AirBnB winter activity

Hi all,

I was just wondering if any experiences hosts in the Toronto area have any advice or knowledge of how Airbnb units perform throughout the winter months? I’m located in the east end of Toronto by the beach and obviously that is a draw in the summer but I’m wondering if I should look for a longer term renter for the winter or not.
