I'm looking for a reliable company to turn over my unit in between guests. I've tried several services, but overall have not found the one yet. I host a loft (2 stories) in West Oakland. Any input from other hosts is greatly appreciated.

Have you had a chance to take a look at local Host Clubs by any chance? If there is one near you, it might be a better way to find a local Host that can help you with some recommendations.
