Airbnb for Film Makers?

My 2 bedroom apartment has been renovated so that one of the bedrooms has professional green screen walls with ceiling mounted lighting. The dining area has furniture that packs away into the walls to make room for VR testing. There is a view of the city skyline out the window. There is a hiking trail with a river a block away. It is perfect for film makers.

Should I cover these facts and set this place up for general guests or promote this place as a film maker haven? If so, would that make it an 'experience'? I don't see 'film studio' in any of the filters. How should I do it?
