Airbnb taking residence parking

Hello I have been living in my home  for over 20 years and a lot of my neighbors or seniors. We’ve had a group of people to come in and purchase two homes next-door to each other. They made them Airbnb. They both have small driveways with big houses. The problem is when they rent the Airbnb‘s Their guest come with 4 to 5 vehicles for each house so they take the Orange Street parking for the residence that live there sometime we have to circle the block for about 30 minutes before we can park sometime. We have to park around the corner. What is the law in Ohio for Airbnb Yes, taking a residential parking.

@Tina13365   If you have public on-street parking, then there is no solution.  You could speak to someone at your local zoning office or police station about what is permissible parking in your neighborhood/on your street.  Persons who are handicapped and reside in your neighborhood may be able to apply for designated parking in front of their homes to be painted on the street. Your neighborhood could apply to be "parking by permit" only.

Have you checked with your local zoning board to verify that the houses that are AirBnB are permitted to operate in your neighborhood?

Hi @Tina13365 😊

I totally understand your disappointment.

Have you been able to find out what the law in Ohio is, thanks to the help of our host community?
What are you thinking as the next step?
