Hi, yes as a guest based on my experience i do ask it , wishing there was there  when they put suggestion box, they feel happy when we do that. Just do it in a nice way

Hi @Regina911 , since it's been a while you posted, have you added any new and unique amenities to attract guests? 

It would be interesting to hear how you updated your amenities in the end.
