We believe Airbnb should offer better options to specify parking capacities and vehicle types. For example, can guests park with a trailer or large van? Is truck parking allowed? Are there additional costs for parking? These are crucial details that could enhance the experience for business travelers like you. 

Is it something you can somehow offer your customers, in the same way you offer a playground, hairdryer, washing machine - Any ideas about this

Hi @Alicja-and-Gert-Pedersen0  . I'm interested in this topic, although it doesn't concern me directly. It's a valuable tip regarding renting apartments to drivers or employees. Such designations would definitely be useful as a filter in the AirBnB search engine.

By the way, I wanted to give you a few comments about your place. Great bathroom 💖. I think you can put three single beds in the bedroom (a bed with a comfortable mattress is always a big plus) and move the sofa bed to the living room. It is definitely necessary to furnish the apartment with a wardrobe/wardrobes (at least 50 cm per person). Maybe you can prepare this space for groups of 4-5 people, it will definitely improve your target. Additionally, I suggest setting a minimum price and introducing small fees (30-40 PLN) for each additional person above two. If you open your calendar for a period of 1 year in advance, your listing will be higher in the search positions. Good luck.
