I'll take a look at other posts on here, but wanted one place to look as well. I'm going to renovate my second home near the coast so it can be used as an Airbnb - I'm very excited but feeling a little clueless. Would just love some advice on must-haves and must-dos.

There are lots of useful guides on the community have you looked at them @Eve8995
also do check supply and demand for the sort of listing you want to set up many markets are oversaturated and if you are in the US I have seen hosts say visitor numbers from overseas are dropping.
