Check in instructions not saving on airbnb website
I select "lockbox" from the menu, enter detailed instructions, hit "save". When I exit, it says "not set" under check in instructions. I have done this 100 times and it won't work, please help!
@Meghan179 Try entering the same information in the "other" radio button selection. If it can be saved there, then something is wrong with the lockbox programming. Good luck!
@Meghan179 Are you getting an error message at all? Some times I'll get a message that there is a formatting error and can be resolved by editing the spacing. The airbnb site is very glitchy.
