ffffffffffffff... THATS looking GREAT ... what a View... may be we should change for a couple of month, you come to Phuket and i go over there. Do you have snow in the winter? My last snow i had in Detroit in 2010 i think... --30C and 1,5m snow for weeks, the Detroit RIver was closed with ice, unfortunately i didnt make it to the Niagara falls, stupid me, frozen Falls look even better as in Summertime 🙂
have some good christmas days over there and cheers from Thailand

Your Christmas tree looks so beautiful!

Thank you in advance, everyone!

@Elisa Awwww, thank you. 💛 My friend and quality control person helped me alot. It's 12ft (and artificial) so she helped me with my ornament obsession. lol
Hi @Jamie600 😊,
Thank you for letting me know!
That’s great you had someone who could help you.
Did you also decorate other parts of the house? 😍
-----
We have decorated the interior in the past, but have found that we accomplish much of the same by just decorating the exterior of our home. Which also spreads holiday cheer for our neighborhood without creating more work for our cleaners to work around. I think the decision to decorate our not depends a lot on your client base and personal style.
Here's a photo of our listing lit up for the holidays:
@Lenore22 I totally get that. It looks beautiful. We live in a Dark Sky Community, and one neighbor already thinks my patio lighting looks like Times Square... lol. They are on a timer -so thank goodness for technology. Here is a better photo of the tree and living room.

Hi @PhuketBungalow0 !! You are soooo kind. We do get snow- though usually not enough to stay on the ground more than a day or so. An exchange would be fun... 🙂
so the same thing like in Berlin Germany where i am coming from, no real winters anymore and if its snowing, its staying only for a day or so. This mountains must look great covered in snow.
I really should talk with my wife about this idea, have to check how difficult it is to get Visas for her for the USA since she is Thai, we are married since 25 years so actually it should not be such a big problem.
have some nice holidays, our 3 Bungalows are full and most of the guests are (now) nice .... we had some probs here with more ppl arriving as asked in reservation before 🙂
merry christmas
