Cleaning and maintenance

Greetings. I have a place in Montreal that I do not live in. I live in the US. I am trying to find someone for maintenance and cleaning. I am having trouble. Any suggestions?

I found somebody for cleaning but they are too far away I feel. I think after A couple of times of cleaning they will quit. So I have not found anyone for either side of the equation. Looking for somebody to open the door show them around, and in case something happens they will have a local phone number to call. If the same person also wants to clean the place I am happy with that too. But right now I’m not found anyone that I think will work out. Kind thanks
