Combatting unwelcome fragrances being added by guests

After some searching, I have a few avenues to explore but thought I might get some more tried and true input from folks as well.

We've recently opened our AirBNB suite and have had pretty good luck with folks, considering the lack of snow has killed our winter.

We have been running into one rather big headache, physically and not, relating to folks and cleaners.  We're providing our own fragrance free, chem free, blah blah blah, very good products for both laundry and shower (products we use ourselves), however nearly all of our guest have left our place stinking of P&G Chemists finest nightmares; in some cases they've completely ignored them and used laundry detergents that have taken days to wash out.

At the moment, we just had a guest leave yesterday after 1 night stay, and now I'm on 2 nights of trying to clear the odor from their favorite product.

Are there any tips on further discouraging these folks?  It's giving me massive headaches in some cases, so it's an issue I would really like to hit head on.

Appreciate any thoughts.

I should probably add, our building is 100+ years old, but the space is 100% newly renovated (much of the property it) so building odors should be nearly non existent; even such they shouldn't be covering it with unapproved products.

@Ryan3593   Products that will help:

Ozone Machine for getting rid of dog, perfume and cooking odors.  I bought Enerzen Ozone Generator 40,000mg Industrial O3 Air Purifier Deodorizer for under $80.00 on Amazon.

Downy Rinse & Refresh Free & Gentle Laundry Odor Remover and Fabric Softener, Fragrance Free, 48 fl oz, No Dyes or Heavy Perfumes for under $15.00 on Amazon.

I run the ozone machine for 2-3 hours after the housekeeping is complete, then air out the cabin for another 1-2 hours.

The Downy is added to the washer load using the fabric softener dispenser.  It is wonderful at removing all perfume odors from the bed linens.

Hi @Ryan3593

It’s unfortunate that guests are not utilizing the products being provided by you as the host.  I recommend the product that works well for us.  Germ Guardian Air Purifier.  Available on Amazon for $80.00 and it removes 99.97% of germs and pollutants, zero ozone verified and covers large areas of the home.  Works well.
