Hoping to get some feedback on my new listing, I have stayed in many Airbnbs but this is my first attempt at hosting so need all the help I can get.

Looking forward to warm weather so I can take more appealing photos of the exterior/yard etc.

Congratulations!  You seem to have started out great.

Maybe build some Guidebooks.  Discuss the lake and other things in the area.

Use the Airbnb Insights menu for your ad.  That advises you how many times your listing was presented First Page.  Then Views means a potential Guest was encouraged to actually click on your ad.  Cover Photo and Ad Title.

Then Conversions once they clicked did you convince them to rent.  Also Wish List maybe they didn't rent today but are they saving your lilting?

Also you can also compare your rate to similar listings which is a good heads up if you need to review.

Your place is lovely and well done for 5* across the board. 

The photos show so much natural light and spacious rooms.

Outside space is beautiful too.

Observations are photo 32/52, I assume this is the rear of your listing? I think it has great appeal as your cover photo.

I feel it is important to not overly accessorise however the bedrooms could benefit from a few personal touches other than just the furniture. 

Tiny detail, there is a small typo on the 2nd bathroom description.

When the weather warms up, the decking / outside space would look fab with table and chairs to help guests imagine the 'Al fresco '

experience.
