Could you all please critique my listing for me and let me know if I need to add or detract anything.  Beef it up?  With Airbnb's why of asking you questions limits your ability to answer.  I am not a fan of their format.  I think they definitely could improve on that especially coming from a programer.

I believe you have to put your photos in Airbnb Room Folders to get the caption option.

Another suggestion telling about area is a big plus to an ad, but balance by also telling a potential Guest about what you are offering your rental.

Switch your cover photo up your property is beautiful I think the potential vacationer Guest might be more enticed with pool or deck pictures.

Thank you for the advice,  I will do that and try what you mentioned on the placing the photos in room folders.  If not I will reach out and ask for more advice.  Once again thank you all for you assistance.  I really appreciate it.
