Hi @Shashwat5

Great to have you with us! I've got to admit I've never been to India, let alone your area so I'm very curious -what are some of your favourite activities to recommend to visitors?

@Marie8425 @Carrie643 @Peace-Stays0 @Wade32 @Katarzyna87 would you be able to take a look at Shashwat's listing and let us know what you think please?

Thanks everyone 🙂

Emillie

Welcome!  Congratulations!

Okay a few ideas for you.

My first idea I do strongly encourage  Your House Rule

Do not interact with neighbors.   Remove that statement because so general it opens the door of a potential Guest maybe imagining something that isn't true about their safety.

Your pictures should give a potential Guest a sort of visual walk through of your property.  If it is a full bathroom then I want to see more than the sink.

Ad Description  Beef this up the platform provides multiple pages.   The ad description needs to clearly describe what is being rented.  Then high light your property your location anything special  The Guest doesn't know anything of any of the properties displayed present why you are a great choice.

The Where you will sleep on the display page shows your living room twice.

Amenities It says No Essentials No Smoke Detector (this will be a deterrent to parents especially),  Gas Stove No Carbon Dioxide Monitor ( a lot of Guests will be deterred)

Hosts Profile  You need to fill this out.  No information means the guest's imagination makes up misinformation

Hello, I agree with everything that @Marie8425 has noted, in addition I would also retake some of your photos, you want to give your guests the impression of their own experience staying at your place. So the bed needs to be made nicely, like a hotel bed,  the bathroom needs to be free from personal items, don't show the rubbish bins in the photos and also remove the laundry rack from the garage photo. All these visuals make it looks like someone else's living space and I think you can create a more inviting feel by staging your property in a more appealing way. Get some nice pictures for the wall... take a look through some magazines or hotel websites to notice things about the photos they use and how they style the rooms. You don't have to spend much money as you can look on 2nd hand market places to gather items that will help add eye appeal to your photos.
