Damaging reviews

A guest posted false damaging reviews as retaliation.  How can I appeal this and get them removed?

@Holda0 You can't appeal this or get the review removed. In fact if you do you may get banned for entering a guests room while they were staying.

What you need to do urgently is add a check out time to your listing so a guest doesn't overstay again.

As a new host with 19 listings you will need to learn fast I am afraid.
