Disappointed with the refund policy despite flood situation
I just cancelled reservation for Oct 27-31 because there is obviously nowhere to go, nothing to do or see due to catastrophic floods. I know NC is hurricane prone but not the mountains. I am truly disappointed with the refund policy you and Airbnb have. Hope you feel good about yourself.
