Have you ever considered adding signage to your listings? Signage can help guide guests, providing them with important information and create a warm and inviting atmosphere 😊

You can use signage to illustrate important information such as house rules, check-in instructions and wifi passwords 💻

Additionally you can use signage as a way to inject your personality and creativity into your listing by adding a unique touch to your place 😎

Do any of you currently have signage in your listings? If so, what kind of signs have you incorporated? Do you have any recommendations?

yes , I do have some within the property but only put it up when I have guests because it’s my home .

That is a very good question tbh. Totally agree with the reasoning for the signage indeed.

Personally, i do not have any signage in my online listing as a photo or such.  However, in the apartment i have arranged and printed out really nice A5 size hard paper signs that are acting as guides to the guests who arrive. One is listing all the house rules that need to be followed.  Another one is a warm welcoming note that i have written and have it resting on a bottle of wine with two wine glasses and some local treats that i offer to all my guests upon their arrival.

I only have signs at the top of my road and at the entrance to my house. I love this idea to make more signage with house rules etc. I am going to expand on this idea.
