Hi everyone,
Knowing what guests need is a key part of hosting. It helps us figure out what extras and services can make their stay better.
Some guests travel by car, either because they're taking a road trip or because it's the easiest way for them to reach their destination. On these occasions, offering a parking spot can greatly enhance their experience. So, do you offer a parking spot for your guests? If yes, do you charge an extra fee? or how do you manage this service?

Yes we provide
parking is necessary
Yes. I provide parking for guests too.
Yes, of course! We've all sorts of parking space here at the ranch, and we move our own vehicles around to make guest parking right in front. We've a "Guest Parking" sign up !
Yes

Hi!
Luckily my listing has ample space for 2 cars to park on property.
Maggie 😊
But if I didn’t I would provide options.
We offer free parking. Our main priority is to ensure that our guests feel comfortable and don’t have to worry about things like where to park. We want them to truly experience a real sense of relaxation.
Hi @Ema3296 , that's so thoughtful of you! Do you have a parking garage at your listing or a nearby parking lot where guests can park in a designated area?
We have an outdoor parking area on the property. Guests always have easy access to their cars, which is truly an advantage.
That's brilliant @Ema3296 😍 Do guests often mention the advantage of free parking in the reviews?
When I visited Montreal, Canada, although free parking wasn't available, the host provided information on nearby parking options. This gesture greatly enhanced our comfort during the stay and we made sure to mention it in the reviews as well.
So it makes me curious if your guests do the same? 🤗
We offer parking occasionally, depending on the situation.
I feel like parking is a very important and highly sought after amenity in Toronto, but it's not something that all guests require.
When we do offer parking; we don't charge an extra fee for this, although it does require more communication and guidance from us.
I agree @Zheng49 ! Parking amenity is definitely highly sought after in Toronto be it for the residents or visitors😝 Can't imagine driving to downtown Toronto with a car, except if you're going to the harbour front 🤣
Given your listing location, is there a nearby parking spot? Or do you offer a space in the parking garage?
We usually don't offer parking. There is no nearby parking spot I would say.
It is true that parking spot is a highly coveted amenity in Toronto, but like I said, not all guests need it. However, for the many that do, it is of course a necessary amenity.
I also hate driving to downtown. I would much rather park my car at the nearby GO train station and take the go train there.
I don’t charge my guests for parking in my property.
