I'm looking at hosting an apartment in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The apartment is located in CABA.

I'm currently living abroad to complicate things. 

Mainly interested in speaking with hosts in Buenos Aires get an idea of what is required. Specially in regard to legal and fiscal requirements.

1. If you want to speak to hosts in BA you can see if they have a local host group on FB @Diego1891 

2. If you look on the local government website for BA you can see if there are any STR restrictions 

3. you need an accountant with experience of taxes in your country and Argentina so you meet taxation requirements in both countries
