Hello ! We just put in a pool heater. I am trying to avoid guest complaints that pool is not warm enough. What do you tell folks before they book that the pool will only be so warm during colder/cooler temperatures, pool is kept at a set temperature etc. I want to check guest expectations Thank you!!

Hi there! To manage guest expectations, you can include a friendly note in your booking details like this:
*"Our pool is equipped with a heater and is maintained at a comfortable set temperature of [insert temperature]. Please note that during cooler weather, the pool may feel slightly cooler due to external temperatures. We hope you enjoy your swim!"*
This sets clear expectations while reassuring guests. 😊

You can add a note in your listing and messages to guests, use your description section.
“Our pool is equipped with a heater and is maintained at a comfortable temperature. However, during colder weather, the pool may not feel as warm as in warmer months. Please keep this in mind when booking, as outdoor temperatures can impact overall warmth.”
Best Regards
Thank you Patricia!
I like the tone communicated to guests by your comment.
We live in Florida so I was thinking of adding months the pool heater will be in use because our pool gets warm just from in sun during the summer months. In other words heater is used from October-April or Mid May ?
Thank you
Yes, you may include those months in writing to ensure transparency for all potential guests. Clear and upfront communication helps set the right expectations and builds trust.
Best regards
