Hi!  I suggest the following:

1. Pictures of kitchen and bathroom.

2. Pics of the nearby beach

3. Guest album recommending favorite local spots

4. Is the TV a SMART TV? How many are there?

Peace,

Tisha

Hi, it looks like an amazing space but my first reaction is that it’s very full.. the dining room table is blocking the beautiful fireplace, I’d be tempted to move the tv there.. the ‘study’ outside room looks like it could be a place for meals with a view.. and, I hope you dont mind me saying, the kitchen needs things removed.. can you add the oven into the worktops? Can the fridge be put under cabinet? Removing both would open up the space so the island can breathe .. I really hope you are not offended with my comments.. also, let’s see the beach.. which would be the reason why I’d visit please

Thanks 🙂

Hi Alicya,

First of all, what a lovely property in a stunning setting.

I've had a look at your listing and can recommend the following:

1) Photos - they look very dark and unwelcoming. I'd advise to use a professional photographer, take photos during the daytime and add some colour to your property, eg plants and flowers. It'll really brighten up your listing and appeal to guests.

2) Description - make it flow. Add 3 or 4 short sentences walking your guest through the property layout, it's amenities and what they can do in the local area.

3) Add more amenities this appeals to guests.

Good luck!

Thanks

Will
