Guests can't book!

Guests trying to book see the available nights on the calendar and select them but cannot book. Also, changing the settings in "preview what guests pay" doesn't work. It reverts each time. 

Any actual tech support here? I've created a listing for Ukrainian refugees and it's impossible for them to book!

The reason is: the listing is not active.

You need to publish it first, then wait (can be upto 24 hours) until the listings becomes active.

After publishing wait until this link shows a result:

Interesting... The link to see my place fails, but if you search my area, my property is there and you can book!

Still can't change those settings. Maybe they don't affect things

Nobody can book it when not published.

If you search in the area where my property is it shows as available and you can book. It just doesn't work with the link. 

And I've looked all over and can't find anything to do with publishing so how do I publish it? Thanks

The listing status must be: Listed

 when I click on 'learn more' it just takes me to Airbnb.org. no listing details info there afaik

Or, search for "Brezovica pri Medvodah" and see the same listing. There, it works. Via the link it doesn't

The listing is same account (yours) as mentioned above.

The URL on Airbnb is:

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/575130611382124028

But as it is NOT available to "normal" Airbnb guests (but only for Airbnb.org purpose) it will not appear on the search system on the regular Airbnb platform.

On Airbnb.org individuals can not book, only partners (charities and other organisation related to refugees can book for them). As explained on Airbnb.org.

Ah, thanks. Yes that explains it. So Airbnb is limited to a few organisations then. I see. Ok, I might as well take it down then. Most refugee helping organisations here in Slovenia are so closely linked to Ukraine that it's more direct help, so not so much use of the big established behemoths. This way is more efficient for here anyway.
