Great question!
In my experience as a property manager, I’ve seen certain areas surprise everyone places that might not check all the typical “Airbnb boxes” but end up performing really well due to unique local demand, limited hotel options, or niche attractions.
Of course, it's always essential to ensure hosting aligns with local Airbnb policies and regulations. But when done right, even unexpected locations can thrive with the right marketing, guest experience, and positioning.
It just goes to show it’s not always about the location alone, but how you present and promote it.

Welcome to the community center and thank you for asking this question here!
When did you start hosting?
To get better help from our host community, I recommend requesting a listing critique. This will help you understand why you're not receiving bookings.

I think maybe not addressing a need to bathe is the problem. People require at least access to a shower some way. You don't have find a resource that you can offer, some public or private shower.
