How to transition from being a live in host to renting my place monthly to Airbnb guests

I've been a live in super host for many years for Airbnb. I will soon be a grandmother at 62 years old. I live in Santa Monica, Ca but I will be helping with my new grand baby who lives in Seattle Washington. I rent out a room for 30 days or longer to Airbnb guests. I'd like to continue to host without living in my home for one to two months at a time. How do I go about transitioning to not being a live in host?

You need to set up a second listing for the whole property and then link to the calendar for your shared home listing only opening up dates for the whole listing when it's available (and blocking dates for the shared listing.
