I am brand new to hosting. Any suggestions on pics

I have a clean super cozy space but it doesn't seem to reflect that in my pics. Any suggestions?

Definitely need more pics:

1 of dining area that would accommodate 4 people

Full bathroom to include toilet, shower or tub, sink

Full kitchen to include kitchen sink

Thank you @Gwen386 . Thi space can accommodate 4 to aleep but to sit and  eat?...Indeed. I have a small island for 2 people. IDK if the space allows for seating for 4 to eat...Suggestions?

@Lyne1242 If it was my rental, I would only accept 2 guests for 2 reasons. One bathroom for 4 people is no fun and 4 people on vacation should be able to sit together and have a meal. I suggest 2 guests max.

Makes sense. idk if there is space in there for a collapsible table either. I put 2 folding tables in the closet but can't do anything with 1 bathroom. Thanks 🙂

@Lyne1242 Why are you stuck on 4 people though? Mark my word, you will be marked down for not enough space even if guests can tell from the pictures. Guests are on vacation. They don’t want to deal with collapsible tables and folding chairs, and waiting to use the bathroom.

True post from another host about a month back—he was 99.9% sure one of his guests urinated in water kettle. Ew! And yep, there was one bathroom. Be warned.

@Lyne1242  You need more pics, better pics, and a better description of your place. Also, maybe something on the walls in the living room and a different/better coffee table? That little table is just sitting in the middle of the room. Where are guests going to set a drink down while watching TV? 

No pic of the second bedroom?

Make sure to caption all of the pics as well. 

Is there a private entrance? Are there steps? Make sure you cover everything in the description. The more you make clear to guests, the better. 

The space looks really nice, you just have to present it well. Good luck.
