I am unable to publish my listing. Customer support says wait indefinitely...?

I took a break during covid and am now attempting to activate my listing.  I have taked to customer support twice.  They say they have seen this problem before and it could take months to correct.  It was suggested that I delete my account, and start over.  I don't want to lose my reviews from the past five years.  has anyone else been through this?  Thank you!

Is there an error coming up when (re)activating the listing ?

 

Maybe try to duplicate it (duplicate function) and list it as new listing.

(You loose reviews in the listing, but they all will stay on your account).
