To @Dishan4 ,
1) Close the toilet seat when taking photos
2) The bedrooms look very cold and hard. If you can add extra plush bedding to beds - soft blankets & extra pillows.
3) Walls look blank, add some artwork which is soft in design, not dark, no more wood if possible.
4) Unplug electrical items for pictures if possible, like the blow dryer.
5) Retake photos in better lighting if possible.
6) Buy some area rugs to make these rooms more inviting, add softness and warmth to the rooms.

I agree with these room suggestions. Rooms could look "cozier" and more comfy.

Hi Dishan, thanks for seeking my advice. Your place looks great and clean from the photos. In addition to what others have said, I would suggest you consider improving the description of the space by including the specifics. It appears to be hotel and not the typical apartment/house. Please provide the details of the how many rooms you have in total. Clarify if one can book one room or must book all the 13, it is not clear. Do all the rooms go for the same price? Describe clearly what each room has e.g does each have a private bathroom. You talk of tasty meals and mention breakfast under another place. What exactly do you offer?
Secondly, consider taking better photos of each space from vantage points. The pictures feel overwhelming. How many rooms do you have? Unless they are very different you can take good pictures of similar rooms and just use numbers to help the guest see how they look like rather than take picture of all rooms.
I am not sure if you have any reviews yet, I suggest you first aim to get three reviews by getting your friends and families to book and experience the place. Consider having promos to help increase your profiles and attract customers.
All the best.

Hi,
I looked at your top listing. Wow, it looks so nice for only $18 a day (I put May dates in). But maybe get rid of the word "luxurious," as I don't think that fits at least not from an American audience perspective. The rooms are basic and simple. You could emphasize that--and list in your description all your services. People like clean rooms and comfortable beds who are budget travelers, which I think is what you are attracting.
Good luck and I hope you get some bookings!

@Dishan4 Your space looks very clean but lacks the homey feel people want when they travel.
1. Take a few more outdoor pictures when the sun is out.
2. Add some art work to each room.
3. Try a colorful blanket or bedspread on each bed.
4. Add a few pictures of nearby attractions, shopping, restaurants if possible. It gives people a feel for the area.
5. Set the table with plates, silverware, and
maybe a centerpiece like candles or flowers.
Good luck to you!
