Δημιουργώ έναν νέο χώρο για Airbnb: μια γκαρσονιέρα 36 τ.μ., στον πρώτο όροφο με μπαλκόνι στην Ιεράπετρα, που έχει είσοδο από ιδιωτικό δρομάκι. 🚪🌿

Έχουν ήδη γίνει οι πρώτες εργασίες (αφαίρεση μεσότοιχων, μεγάλωμα του μπάνιου), αλλά τώρα βρίσκομαι στη φάση της διαμόρφωσης και διακόσμησης. 🎨

Αναζητώ ιδέες για έξυπνη διακόσμηση που να ταιριάζει σε ένα μικρό αλλά λειτουργικό Airbnb. Επίσης, αν γνωρίζετε κάποιον διακοσμητή με εμπειρία σε βραχυχρόνιες μισθώσεις, θα παρακαλούσα να μου τον συστήνατε!

I am creating a new space for Airbnb: a 36 sq. m. studio on the first floor with a balcony in Ierapetra, with access from a private lane. 🚪🌿

The initial work has already been done (removal of partition walls, enlarging the bathroom), but now I am in the phase of shaping and decorating. 🎨

I am looking for ideas for smart decoration that fits a small but functional Airbnb. Also, if you know any decorators with experience in short-term rentals, I would appreciate your recommendations!
