Hello everyone! I need some help from other Las Vegas hosts. If you own a home that doesn't have HOA  in Las Vegas, are you able to do an Airbnb without the permit, of if you need one, how long does it take after you start the process,

If you look on your local government website you should find any STR regulations for your area and whether you need a permit. They should be able to advise on how long it will take to apply for one .
