Is it worth adding a small outdoor deck and sauna to a basic apartment?

I'm about to buy a property as an air bnb. It's a nice apartment with great views over the river but is fairly basic.

There's a huge, and quite ugly, concrete parking space that comes with it. I am costing up adding an outdoor deck for more privacy and thinking of an outdoor sauna - particularly as the shower inside is only just ok. Any thoughts if the sauna is worth it?

Feel like it would be great during winter, great for couples or a small family and add a touch of luxury. Heating cost is $1 a day so not bad in the long term.

Just thoughts

If you put where the parking is currently where will guests park?

Will having a sauna negate having a bad shower

Is the apt potential use luxury or a nice place to stay because of the area inline with my agenda

Great questions! Parking wise there will still be lots of space for two cars and a boat even with a deck.

However your point about the shower IS ON POINT. I dont think anything will offset a bad shower. So perhaps better to focus on a deck and updating the shower. Both would improve the value and add a more luxurious feel to the property. Plus less to clean and worry about. Thank you:-)
