If you have a room with no closet and no window is it considered a bedroom or an office?

@Kurt279 It depends on your local zoning rules but it sounds like a cupboard to me. I doubt it can be classed as a habitable room with no emergency egress.

In the uk it wouldn't be allowed to be a bedroom.
