Is there a market for an ABMB in my area?

Hi,

I am trying research if there is a market in my area of Denver. I want to place my 3 bedroom house on ABNB . I am still trying to understand the ABNB site, on any given day it will only list the locations that are currently available. How do I find out all the ABNBs that are out there in my area?  What other ways can I find out if my area will be desired my guest?  

The area is,  5 miles around, 7400 E Hampden, Denver , CO  80231.. Thank you for your help...

Hi @Richard3525 

When you search, enter only the area name, don't enter dates and don't select the number of guests (or select 1 guest). This is how you can see the most complete list of active Airbnbs in the area.

There are also different ways to enter the name of your area. You'll get different results when you type the name of the city, the suburb or a nearby attraction.

By carrying out market research around supply and demand for the sort of listing you want to buy in your location. @Richard3525 

there are companies that you CS. Pat to join which provide footfall data .
