Large house 5 rooms and my things in the living room and side office

What do I do and how do I deal with this?

 Im going to be like the original Airbnb living in and hosting for a bunch of local visitors to an event in Sussex 

They have beds but how do I deal with my stuff around?

Be aware that they will have access to everything you leave out so secure anything important. They must have hanging and drawer space so clean this out for them.
