Linen management in Central London

Linen management in Central London

I have a 4 double-bed property in central london and only one washing machine in the flat. May I know how do you guys usually manage your linens for same day turnover?

of course I have extra sets for next arriving guests. But those been used, do you bring them ( That’s a lot! 8 bath towels, 4 double bed beddings, duvet pillow covers etc ) to laundromat to wash and dry? Or you simply out source this part with linen company to provide fresh ones and collect used ones each turnover?

advices needed! Thanks !!

@Katherine1369  How much time do you allow between guests?  In the time allotted, how many wash and dry laundry loads can you complete?

My cleaner (or I) would come prepared to wash all towels on site during the cleaning of the house and all bed linens were exchanged with clean linens brought with her. The used linens went home with her to be washed in her machine (compensated of course) or taken to a self-laundry or laundry service.  I did adjust my settings to have a day for cleaning before and after each reservation.  This cut into my profit but allowed me or my cleaner plenty of time to handle the linens at the property or off-site.
