Linking more than 2 calendars for 1 property

I have 1x2bed apartment and 2x3bed apartments listed on Airbnb.

This Winter/Spring I offered the 2bed apt as a 1bed option and the 2x3beds apts as either 2beds or 1bed options (ie the whole apartment but with the 'extra' bedrooms closed off).   I want to introduce my building to couples etc. out of season rather than just discounting.  It's actually been very successful.

I set up separate listings for each of the different options and used the linked calendar settings.

This works fine for the 2bed apt - when someone books either the standard listing or the 1 bed option, the dates are automatically blocked on both listings.

However, on the 3beds apts, if someone books the 2 bed option or the 1 bed option, AirBnB only block the standard listing calendar automatically and then I have to manually block the dates out on either the 1bed listing or 2bed listing accordingly.  Obviously, if I don't block the calendar immediately, there is the possibility of a double booking!

I can't seem to find a way to link all 3 related calendars.

Any ideas?

@Michelle2737 I don't think you can do what you want. I suggest you have

3 bed A linked to 2 bed A on Instant book with 1 bed A on request to book and

3 bed B linked to 1 bed B on instant book with 2 bed B on request to book

2 bed C linked to 1 bed C on instant book

Hope this makes sense. Choice of instant book on places A and B can be adjusted depending on demand!

Read comments as well, I hope it helps

Hi @Branka-and-Silvia0

Thank you for your reply.

I checked out your listing(s).  Very nice.

Unfortunately, the difference between your 3 listings and my 3 listings is that both your smaller listings can be let at the same time.  Mine can't.  Mine are are not self-contained sub-division like yours.  Mine are just different options for the same apartment.

All I seem to be able to do at the moment is link the calendars of each of the smaller listings to the calendar of the full listing, but unfortunately not to each other.

Hi @Mike-And-Jane0 ,

Thanks.  I suspected it might not actually be possible but thought I'd check with the Community before I used a work-around.

Taking 'instant book' off one of the 2 smaller listings for the 3bed apartments was my back-up plan so I'll do as you suggest.

Based on bookings to date I'll keep the instant book on the 1 bed option (for couples) as that is proving very popular (especially with the hottub apt).

If I take it off the 2bed options it will give potential guests a chance to specify if they would prefer the 2xdouble bedrooms OR 1xdouble+the bunkbed room.

Best wishes Michelle x
