I have not started, looking for a co-host or an advice on some good property manager. I may be travelling most part of the year. So what will be the best way to manage and what’s the best approach to start?

there are guides on Airbnb on how to get started - on this community and their website 

there is also the Airbnb Help website with Q&As on all aspects of running your STR business on aurbnb

check if there are STR regulations for your location  with your local government 

join a local host group and ask for recommendations for local cohosts who can help you manage your listing . Only use long established superhosts who can provide you with references and where you can check their listings to see their reviews .
