Looking for help with cleaning and turnover of 3 bed 1 bath unit in Southwest Minneapolis.

Hi Airbnb community.  I'm a host of just under 3 years.  For 2024 we're looking to test out new vendors for cleaning.

The unit is very high end and we're willing to pay a premium to get what we're looking for.  I understand we're working with busy people with busy lives, and scheduling can be challenging, especially when we occassionally run in to same day turnover.

Here's a quick list of what we're looking for:

1. Normal cleaning
2. stocking and staging kitchen - making sure there's snacks and coffee, and enough dishes and silverware, and that dishes and silverware are where they're supposed to be
3. Changing linens
4. Stocking towels and soap
5. Before and after pictures so we know condition guests left unit etc.
6. Checking overall inventory of extra items in stockroom in basement
7. light cleaning of basement common areas (free of clutter, and making sure washer/dryer have soap etc available for guests and tenants)

We're also open to working with other hosts as well as vendors.
