Can you advise what to do if someone got injured and is at the hospital? They haven’t asked about compensation.

Frustrated that I had a guest leave a bad review because they got caught using drugs in my property and had to pay extra cleaning fees. After a huge argument with air bnb and grueling emails back and forth to have my home remediated I have now lost my superheat status which gets me less attention. Is there any way to fix this or is it just another fight with air bnb ?

@Laura8142 You can simply contact the Support teams and explain why you believe this review should be removed, so they can take a look for you - www.airbnb.com/help/contact-us/
Let us know if you try, and how it goes 🙂
I hope this helps,

Have you tried to get the review removed as part of the retaliatory review policy @Laura8142
How do I find that?

@Emille - do you have any suggestions for my issue? I have contacted customer support for my issue and I am told is "We understand your problem. However, at this point in time, we’re unable to meet your request"
1 bad review doesn't usually lower your overall to that much lower then the 4.8 standard.
Your other listings are rated 5 overall but your review categories for those two listings have significant dings.
Those category issues do effect your overall Host rating, so even a 4 star review probably would of effected you.
I feel you on this - AirBnB "customer support" is very frusterating to navigate and they don't seem to be able to ACTUALLY fix things, just send lots of emails and messages saying they are "trying to help"
WARNING TO OTHERS: Be sure you solicit reviews from all guests. I just had my Superhost status pulled because I technically had "Zero stars" for the past quarter. But it is because I have had the same guest (long duration) do repeat visits over the past year! It doesn't seem like this is the most accurate way to do things, to penalize consistently good hosts for a "technicality".
I've outlined my issue in this posting:
I hope you've had a better experience!
I'm disappointed with AirBnB.
