I suggest cocomat, it has a big variety and its known to a lot of people about their quality.
It add value also if you write it in the description.
It has also other companies with good quality but i have never used them. 
I suggest you to have a look and if the prices suits you buy from there.

Just had a look and never heard of a mattress made of coconut fiber. Love how companies are becoming more resourceful. 

Which mattress do you use and do you use a mattress protector?

@Quincy I have different in my houses, depends on the year that i bought, i always use mattress protection. It gives more protection to mattress. Also i have a second one when i change them.

That's a good idea to have two for quick turnaround between guests.

How often are you washing the mattress protector?

Every 4 bookings. Its good two have also extra sheets and towels and inform guests about that in case of longer stays, extended  or if the guest needed. It will save you time. If you want you can have them in a locked wardrobe and have the keys somewhere in house, then you create ''two step authentication'' as they make it in web, and you avoid using them without reason, they will need to ask you first about the key.
