I’ve been trying for over an hour to deactivate my account... no problems with the first 2 steps. Once I get to confirm the it just keeps going, going and going! Any suggestions? I’ve tried both iPad and desk top and different browsers. Help! Thank you

@Ellie331 I can't help with account deactivation but suggest that you
a) Block all dates for your listing - At present I could book a stay with you
b) Snooze the listing
This will then at least stop people booking while you sort out whats going on.
I wonder if you cannot deactivate the account if you have outstanding bookings?

@Mike-And-Jane0 Thank you for your reply! Your information was very helpful. Yes, you are unable to deactivate your account if you have pending reservations. Somewhat confusing as in the deactivation link it says all reservations will be cancelled once account is deactivated.
