That’s exciting! Since you're just starting, here are some key things to focus on to improve your space and boost bookings:

1. Optimize Your Listing

High-Quality Photos – Use bright, professional-looking images that showcase your space. Airbnb guests book based on visuals!
Compelling Title & Description – Highlight unique features (e.g., “Cozy Downtown Apartment with Balcony & Skyline Views”).
Competitive Pricing – Lower your price slightly at first to attract initial bookings and get reviews.

2. Improve Visibility

Turn on Airbnb’s “New Listing Promotion” – This discounts your first three bookings to help you rank higher.
Use Smart Pricing – Adjust prices based on demand and competition.
Offer Discounts for Longer Stays – Weekly/monthly discounts help attract bookings.

3. Get More Clicks & Conversions

Respond Quickly – Fast replies help your listing rank higher in Airbnb search results.
Flexible Cancellation Policy – A lenient policy encourages bookings.
Highlight Amenities – WiFi, workspace, parking, self-check-in—mention anything valuable!

Hi Thanks for your valuable suggestions.
can you please go through my listing and let me know what needs to be added to raise my bookings as I’m doing all above mentioned points.

the number of bookings per month is extremely low.

Hello @Anjali62 👋

I saw your post and I thought I'd share the link to the listing and a photo. Your place looks beautiful btw. Hopefully, with easier access to your listing, some more hosts will pop by to take a closer look.

@Hezron0 has already left you some great starting points. Thank you @Hezron0!
