I just listed my first property in Kibagabaga, Kigali (Rwanda) – a beautiful and private apartment under my brand BBB Nation Oasis. I'm new to hosting and would really appreciate:

• 📝Tips for managing bookings and guest experience

• 🏙️ Any local Kigali or Rwanda-specific regulations I should be aware of (taxes, permits, registration, etc.)

• 💡Best practices for pricing, communication, and staying compliant

Beautiful properties!  I am not in Africa but a few tips.

Only allowing experienced Guests means others can't even message you, turning that off doesn't mean you are required to accept an Inquiry you aren't comfortable with renting.

Use Airbnb New Listing Discount.

Remove no stairs your photos clearly show stairs and that makes a difference to many.

Tweak the first ad description your second listing description was much better.

On the first listing you need bathroom pictures and change kitchenette to kitchen.

After where people will sleep if someone has a group of 8 people, show 8 seats for dining, show 8 chairs to enjoy deck, living room looks good.
