Hi! I agree with the others, for pictures, include a vase with colorful flowers, candles on the tables in the deck, a colorful umbrella on the outside deck, a string of LED patio lights along the fence wall or above the seating area. Your place is nice but feels staged in that I don’t feel the warmth of the space, the character which is conveyed with colors, art, unique things about your space. You have to entice people to imagine sitting in the patio with a drink in hand, lounging in a chair reading a book, listening to the birds, etc.
Some people put the dedicated workplace in the corner of one bedroom or in the living room in the corner.
I have a 330SF place and we had to measure the space for a desk (we disagreed about the size because I wanted a bigger one and my partner wanted a smaller one) we had to make sure the desk, the chair and when you push the chair out there was enough space for an average person to not hit the bed frame.
You can see from my listing that I put it in the corner under our TV to allow enough space for them to walk around the bed. I also got a desk that has some storage place underneath - we only have a HDMI cable there now.
Hello @Nathan3058I just wanted to ask if you've had the opportunity to check out the advice from our lovely members. Are you planning to implement any of their suggestions?
Thanks so much @Irma271 @Helen3 @Ross869 @Sangeeta8 for helping Nathan.

Thank you @Lorina14 for your honesty it really means a lot. I installed some new outside sails in my backyard and will be installing some LED lights on my sails. I do agree that the pictures do not bring justice to the home. I have scheduled my photographer to come and retake my photos.
You’re welcome @Lorina14 ! I’m sorry I didn’t see your reply. Sometimes I get a notification and can’t find where it is - then later realize it’s on these boards! Do you have any updated pics since your additions?
Hi! I just looked at your profile. The sails and lights were a nice touch. I loved the green blue blanket on one of your other pics and the pic of the welcome basket (I don’t show a pic of this in my listing as I want it to be a surprise when people show up as sometimes the offerings change in the basket). I also don’t want to get docked points if someone says I didn’t get this when I came, etc… sometimes I’ve forgotten to put fruit or ran out of chips or chocolate bars.
Could you get a couple of evening shots to highlight your lighting? And in pic 9 is there a way to add a floating shelf under the TV or a dresser or something there as the wall looks so big compared to your TV?
I’m more than happy to give more recommendations if you would like them. You could reach out privately. Congrats on getting Superhost too!
