For long term bookings (my area is restricted to 30 days or more.)
I searched the help forums and found nothing. This is a simple functionality add for airbnb. Here is the issue:
If your minimum stay is 30 days, you won't want to be deluged with requests that leave you a 14 day or 22 day gap.
Regulations don't allow me to make a stay under 30. After i told a couple people I couldn't accept their reservation i get a nastygram from airbnb.
The platform needs a host selectable feature that only shows the place being available for bookings that start N days (host selectable) within the end of the current booking, or after a host selectable date.
This will result in a better experience for all log term hosts and their guests. If there is a straightforward way to do this I have not found it.
