New property - does it have to have bed or can we do sofa bed?

We are planning to turn a 2 room, 1 bath attic space into a spacious studio apartment. The ceilings are sloped and the space is used for other purposes through the week (planning to only rent on weekends). Ideally we’d have a nice sofa in the room and pull it out to a queen bed for weekend rentals. Is this a big no-no?
I’ve been looking at sofa beds and pullouts and would want a quality piece, good mattress, would add a mattress topper as well.

@Tamsen2 As the name suggests you can have an airbed if you want. I suggest you have a picture of the listing showing the bed made up especially if that is how you will leave it for weekend guests.

Nearly anything you offer is acceptable, as long as it is clearly shown so there is no deception.
